Abstract

Developed laser meters vibratory, allowing simultaneous capture of three spatial components displacement surface - two corner and one progressive. To measure the angular displacement components used mirror component reflected by the surface of the radiation, and translational - diffuse. Repetitively pulsed mode laser provides a measurement of the frequency of vibration. It is shown that a primation in vibrometers structured in space and time of the laser beams, the performance of vibration meters and extends the range of the measured parameters.
