Abstract

The design of subsystems and main elements of the oil system of an aircraft gas turbine engine comes down to working on the proposed algorithms. Traditionally, the oil system is divided into hydraulic, thermal and mechanical modules. The methods for designing the elements of each module are known and verified by development experience. But coupled with an assessment of the engine life cycle cost, on the basis of which the algorithms presented in the article were created, a convenient engineering design tool is formed.
